Ebony Collier
Ebony Collier is the visionary Founder and CEO of Love Speaks, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing autism awareness and equipping children and families with the tools and resources they need to thrive. Her commitment to this mission is deeply personal, inspired by her journey as a mother of a toddler on the autism spectrum. What began as a mother’s advocacy has grown into a movement of empowerment, education, and community support.

With a lifelong passion for children and family development, Ebony brings both heart and expertise to her work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Administration and a Master’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Family and Community Services from Purdue University. Her academic background has equipped her with a strong foundation in child development, family systems, and community engagement.
Ebony’s professional experience spans more than 20 years in childcare and education, including service within the Chicago Public School system. She currently serves with the Department of Children and Family Services, where she is committed to transforming the lives of children and strengthening families every day.
Through Love Speaks, Ebony continues to turn her personal journey into purpose—creating safe spaces, providing vital resources, and ensuring that every child’s voice is heard, valued, and supported.
